Return Policy

Our policy is effective 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not allow return of items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Other non-refundable items include the following:  Gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We ask that you do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer. There are various situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) books with evident signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for causes not due to our error.

Refund on items that are returned more than 30 days after date of purchase (if applicable) Once your return is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also alert you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be handled, and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you’ve yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account. Then reach out to your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank again. There is usually a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded. Regrettably, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable). We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gits (if applicable) If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will get a gift credit for your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via postal mail. If the item was not marked as a gift at time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be taken from your refund. Depending upon where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach you varies. If you are returning an item over $75, you should contemplate using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
